Scott Rogers with OSI—managing company of Outback, Carrabas, and more—will be discussing how IT Governance coupled with Agile project execution has helped the IT department at OSI by allowing project teams to react quickly and do more with less.
This is a perfect opportunity to see how this methodology is implemented in the real world.
